Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Chillicothe, OH

At my visit, check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The common areas and rooms are well-maintained, clean and inviting. The bathroom had been modernized and had great water pressure with water that warmed quickly. Our room faced the local roadways and highway, though, and you could hear road traffic well into the late evening hours. In addition, our room had an air conditioner unit that rattled and made loud mechanical noises when it was running. The room could be made nice and dark. There was a frig and microwave in the room. Although I did not use them, the fitness room and pool had great hours, staying open longer than many other hotels. Tea and coffee were available in the common area for guests outside of breakfast hours. Breakfast was served 6-10AM. There were a variety of items available for breakfast, all cooked well, warm, and replenished often. However my pastry item was stale. Overall, a solid selection for a clean, no-frills hotel with a better-than-average breakfast, and friendly staff.

After a 15-hour drive from northern Michigan and being turned away by two other hotels, we stopped here around 3 a.m. expecting the same. Instead, Judy at the front desk greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly kind and accommodating. Her friendliness made a stressful night so much better. The hotel was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable—exactly what we needed. Thank you, Judy!

Everything was perfect here. Nicer than any other Fairfield Inn I've ever seen. Kudos to the staff here. Only issue was that the room had a bit of odor when we arrived.

There’s a reason this place has an almost perfect five star rating!! Extremely clean and very professional staff! Very comfy beds too! I marked this as a favorite on my google maps!

Room was very clean and nice. Breakfast was really good, ladies that took care of it were very sweet. Front desk was efficiant. Better stay than at "nicer" marriotts ect we have stayed at. Will def stay here again.

This is one of the best Fairfield hotel ever and one of the best Marriot hotels. Check in was fastest and smooth. Rooms - perfect, well kept and functional. Breakfast Service staff - Excellent. Common areas - Spciaous and welcoming. Great views.

A great halfway point between Cincinnati and Marietta. I received a warm reception through the Marriott messaging app. My room was clean and well appointed with nice soft lighting upon my evening arrival.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, strong hot shower, fresh coffee, and complimentary breakfast with many options - what more could you ask for? The exercise facilities, indoor pool, and modernly furnished lobby all exceeded expectations.
